Simplified management / compliance for schools providing schools with assured coverage for their Microsoft licences. The solution is scalable and allows easy additions of new staff to the agreement.
Based on staff members, the rights to use the latest Microsoft software products in schools, including Microsoft office, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Core CAL suites.
All staff and pupils will be licensed subject to the correct number of educational qualified users.
Access to Office 365 A3 for selected qualified users.
Customer responsibilities
To remain compliant, schools need commit to the three-year term and calculate the number of education qualified users in school. This is a legal responsibility as schools need to be licensed correctly.
Licences can be manged using the school manage portal for schools that are subscribed to welearn365 email.
