Meet The Management Team

Emma has worked for Warwickshire County Council for many years and has over 30 years experience working with schools to make the best use of ICT to support teaching and learning to improve outcomes.

As Service Manager, Emma is responsible for the financial and commercial functions of the service and leads on strategic planning and statutory compliance.

Emma is passionate about delivering a range of affordable ICT services to all schools.

​With 18 years experience at ICTDS, originally in MIS support and Digital Safeguarding, Hannah is now our Applications and Business Relationship Manager.  

She is responsible for the MIDAS team, the Digital Safeguarding Team, the Cloud Applications Support Team and the Business Relationship Team.  

The self-titled 'chief nag' of the service, Hannah is always looking for ways to make improvements and provide extra value for our schools.

​Andy has been a member of ICTDS for over 20 years, collaborating closely with schools to deliver a wide range of technical solutions.
He currently oversees all comms-related services for schools, including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and internet filtering. 

Andy has always had a passion for supporting schools and is committed to helping them achieve the best value from their investment in IT for education.

Having recently starting working at the ICTDS, Pez has worked within IT for years, previously working for a Marketing Research Company where he managed ICT for many sites.

At ICTDS, he is the Team Lead for Service Delivery so is responsible for the Service Desk, Field Team, 2nd Tier Support and for Procurement.

Sam has over 20 years experience supporting ICT in education with a strong technical background he leads our Infrastructure Services team maintaining your key servers and services.
