Termly three hour visits from a Senior MIDAS Support Officer to undertake SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom tasks, deliver training or consultancy, and help improve your use of your chosen MIS system in school.

What's included
- Termly on-site three-hour visits to be scheduled to suit the customer with an appropriate MIDAS team support officer, providing consultancy, bespoke training or task completion as requested. 
Customer responsibilities
- The school will notify the MIDAS team via phone call and/or email if a visit requires rescheduling.
