Termly three hour visits from a Senior MIDAS Support Officer to undertake SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom tasks, deliver training or consultancy, and help improve your use of your chosen MIS system in school.

What's included
Termly on-site three-hour visits to be scheduled to suit the customer with an appropriate MIDAS team support officer, providing consultancy, bespoke training or task completion as requested.
Customer responsibilities
The school will notify the MIDAS team via phone call and/or email if a visit requires rescheduling.
