Automatic provisioning and maintenance of your staff and pupil welearn365 accounts and domain logins from your Management Information System data, management of manually created accounts, and access to Purple Mash for your ICT curriculum.

Service Specification
What's included
Automatic provisioning of WeLearn365 accounts from the school MIS system. Communication of these accounts to a nominated school manager.
Cloud-based email access for all school users (pupils, staff and governors) with a 50Gb mailbox, antivirus protection and spam filtering. Related Outlook services including personal and shared calendars are also included.
Cloud-based SharePoint site per school with an educationally focused custom template.
Cloud-based personal storage per user in OneDrive for Business as per the limits imposed by Microsoft (currently 1TB per user)
Single sign on access to bundled third party educational content and resources (currently Purple Mash).
Secure site access for both email and sites (via https).
Maintained password portal with restricted access for nominated authorised school users.
Limited file recovery for OneDrive, Outlook email and Teams/SharePoint sites in Microsoft 365. Retention and recovery are managed by the owner of the files who will have full control of the available recovery options for a period of 93 days.
Limited manual provisioning of users and email groups (chargeable).
What's not included
Support for third party devices that are experiencing specific connectivity issues
Customer responsibilities
To report known defects to the Service Desk, via phone call or email, in order that the most appropriate action to resolve the problem is taken
To report known defects to the Service Desk, via phone call or email, when apparent to prevent further deterioration and potential consequential damage to other equipment
To provide appropriate information for the Service Desk Operator relating to the fault/issue including serial numbers of equipment / identification labels
To provide site access and details including a named site contact, complete with all contact details, and any specific site requirements for each call logged
